The users are acknowledging the use of this plywood in furniture, beds, kitchen cabinetries, wardrobes, sofas thus boosting the queries of plywood without any thickness variation.

A bit about the process

Simply it’s a two-way pressing process. Core veneer composers are the major material used (pressed ) in manufacturing plywoods. Besides core veneer composers, the manufacturers will also install sanding machines, glue spreaders and many more. Firstly, the assembled core veneers undergo a two-way pressing process in a hydraulic hot press. It is then sanded for calibration, wherein, the uneven thickness of veneers are pressed to provide a uniformly thickened plywood. It is then resanded in a wide belt sanding machine. Eventually, the end product is a perfect finish calibrated plywood. Ta Daa
