Our legacy began 50 years ago in the Eranakulam district in Kerala. From this humble start, how did we become India’s No.1 E-zero certified plywood that is trusted in over 20+ countries? Have a read to know.

Innovation & quality

We believe in quality and innovations, and for those who believe in these factors, it is an open world full of opportunities.

In the past 50 years, people have trusted us for two things. One, the consistent quality of our products that not just have remained so good, but it improved year on year. We always strive to equip the best technologies and meet international quality standards. Plymarc is the first plywood brand in India that got certified by CARB for manufacturing zero-emission plywoods. The safety of our customers has always been our top priority.

Our workforce and cutting edge technologies

Our greatest strength is our dedicated workforce. We have over 500+ highly talented professionals working at Plymarc’s manufacturing units. They all have received training at an international level to ensure quality in every area of production.

Our H&C compression technology ensures greater penetration of the glue and thus results in strongly bonded plywood. Further, we use calibration technology to achieve a uniform thickness in all of our plywood. Before the product reaches the end customer, every plywood sheet undergoes a calibration process multiple times.

Our commitment to safety

We ensure a safe interior where our customers can breathe in safely. We are the first Indian plywood brand to get certified by the California Air Resources Board (CARB) for the lowest emission rating.

American E: Zero technology is a sophisticated plywood manufacturing technology, unique to the production house of Plymarc. Our plywoods are manufactured using a special type of phenol-formaldehyde resin on a zero-gap lay-up system, which reduces the formaldehyde emission from plywood to its bare minimum value. These boards are then tested and certified by NTA USA and California Air Resources Board on a quarterly basis.
