Plymarc has 4 varieties of veneers suiting every function. Flexible veneers, Veneered laminates, Veneered MDF, and Ply backing veneers. Don't get confused over the names, we will simply differentiate them for you.

FLEXIBLE VENEERS
These are decorative veneers with fleece or cloth backing. Fleece backing is the technique used to make these veneer pieces flexible to bend or mold according to your will. Edges, curves, shapes are it anything on your wall or wood, flexible veneers will sync well without restricting usage.

Thickness - 200 myu - 600 myu ( myu original system)

VENEERED LAMINATES
Kraft paper layers with melamine resin give a decorative veneer on the outer space. These veneers can be bent into a curve of an 8 cm radius and can be rolled and glued onto any shape of furniture. Beautiful designs to choose from, with bold back support.
Thickness comes in the range of .8mm - 1mm.

VENEERED MDF
A Veneered MDF panel is produced by pressing a natural decorative veneer directly on the medium density fiber panel with the patented MITT technology. Water-based glue is used for bonding the decorative veneer. Thickness ranges from 8mm - 20mm.

PLY BACKING VENEERS
This product is where technology meets the elegance of nature. Decorative veneers and pure Gurjan based ply glued in water-based bonding. MITT technology is also used here. The premium innovation for the perfect finish. Thickness ranges from 8mm - 20mm.

Interior/Exterior - Horizontal/vertical - these veneer variants can be used accordingly with your concerned structure.

MELAMINE FINISH
The ease of application and availability makes this the most popular finish for a veneer. It can be used for interior and exterior applications. Available in Gloss and Matte. It can be applied using a brush or a roller

POLYURETHANE FINISH
Commonly known as P.U. finish, Polyurethane is extremely sought-after and is easily available as well. It can be used for interior and exterior applications. A thicker layer of this polish glues better protection to the veneer surface. This has higher water resistance. Available in Gloss and Matte finish and it can also be tinted for special effects. Should be applied using spray-on.

ACRYLIC FINISH
Premium wood finishing solution best suited for interior use and is recommended for horizontal surfaces as well. It is a fast-drying finish compared to other alternatives. It can be easily cleaned up with soap and water.

Available only in Gloss, this finish results will be in a very thick top Layer that glues the appearance of placing a glass/ acrylic sheet on top of the veneer.

UV COATING
UV coatings are known for their superior durability as well as chemical and stain resistance while bringing out the beauty of the wood for Industrial use. It gives faster production rates. Comparatively, is faster in application and drying.

WATER-BASED COATINGS
